Please join us Thursday, June 19, 2014 at the Copper House Grill, 1155 Airport Road, Pleasant Valley, WV 26554 for lunch and catch-up conversation. Attorney Randy C. Kniha with Sam White’s office will update us on the Best Practices Rule and upcoming changes with closing forms and time frames happening in the not so distant future. We would also like to announce our new AdHoc Chairman, Ray Logue with MVB Mortgage.  Lunch is $12.50 and will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Update - We have made changes to our Movin' Up Program. Highlights include:

Income limits have been increased and are the same for each county:

  • $113,760 for a 1-2 person household.
  • $132,720 for 3+ person household.
